The Tanglewood Luthiers Secret LemOil has been carefully formulated as a professional fingerboard conditioner and cleaner, designed to keep your instrument playing and looking its best. Proudly designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, it provides the perfect treatment for the natural hardwoods most commonly used in guitar fingerboards.
This specialist formula is ideal for rosewood, ebony, pau ferro, and similar dense hardwoods, where its conditioning properties restore moisture, prevent drying, and help protect against cracks or wear caused by regular playing. By replenishing the natural oils within the wood, LemOil revives the fingerboard’s natural colour and smooth feel, leaving it looking refreshed and ready for performance.
It is important to note that LemOil is not suitable for maple fingerboards, as their different surface characteristics require alternative methods of care.
